Olympiacos Victorious in Cup Final

Olympiacos came out 2-0 victors over Aris FC today; to add another title to the trophy case. The win gives Olympiacos somewhat of a domestic treble. The Piraeus giants won the Greek League, Super Cup and today won the Greek Cup. A clean sweep for the 3rd time in four years.

After Olympiacos manager Takis Lemonis was fired in February after Olympiacos’ exit from the UEFA Champions League, club President Socrates Kokkalis filled the void by promoting assistant manager Josep Segura to the leading role.
